ALBERK QA TECHNIC DECLARATION FROM EXECUTIVE BOARD


QA Technic is founded in 2012 under the name of ALBERK QA TECHNIC, International Technical Inspection Certification Survey GmbH. General purpose of the certrification service by Alberk QA Technic, trust to all parties towards corresponding determined management system conditions

A system free from all pressures that may affect activities and decisions, such as commercial, financial and other pressures, is established. Any individual or institution can not affect the decision of personnel, committees, auditors, surveyor and experts who take place in activities realised within the frame of System Certification Services. Upper management of foundation do not have any enforcement or leading authority on individuals mentioned above.

Salaries of the personnel are independent from fees collected for system certification services.

System certification activities are performed being independent from all other activities of the company, based on national and international standards, by educated, respectful and experienced staff considering principles of independence, impartiality, reliability, readiness and confidentiality.

Alberk QA makes all service and certification activities available for all applicants who falls under declared operating fields of Alberk QA. All service and certification activities of Alberk QA does not depend on number of issued / is going to be issued certificates.

Certification of other service departments of our company by System Certification Management, is not possible. Within the scope of one or several services provided by QA Technic; possible  grounds regarding conflict of interest of applicants, are analysed during application stage. In case presence of any similar circumtance, certification service is not provided.

All resources are continuosly maintained and all personnel who take place in certification activities, will be regularly trained with a required trainings related with Management System activities to maintain continuous customer satisfaction, keep complaints in a minimum level for certification services provided within the frame of TS EN ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015 and other guidelines.

System certification activities and trainings bring the revenue of QA Technic. All kind of conflict of interest and financial pressure are prevented by being guarantee salaries of employers via strong financial structure.
