Every kind of device, tool, instrument, material and other material which iare called as device and when used on people whichs major function is not pharmacolojic, immunologic and metabolic effects but manufactured for a diseases diagnosis, keeping the disease under control, tracing or treatment.

Instruments not named as a medical device independently but produced to be used with devices in conformity are named as accessories.
